A business concept re-engineering and business plan creation project
for a Scandinavian e-furnishings portal. The plan included the following
sections: business concept overview, IT infrastructure, industry market
analysis, marketing / web strategies and tactics, revenue model, future
strategy and financial data.
Business Analysis / Due Diligence
Working on behalf of a potential investor we performed an objective
business analysis / due diligence of a live B2B service provider.
This resulted in a high-level nine-page report outlining the companies
past performance, current status and future potential.
Marketing Strategy / Web Plan
Creation of a marketing strategy / web plan for an early stage start-up
self development portal. The deliverable included market & media analysis,
strategy & tactics, budget & action plan.

Acquisition
Partner Analysis
An acquisition partner analysis project with the objective to identify
potential investment objects for a European early stage investment
company. The project included four markets - Ireland, Netherlands,
Germany, Poland and the Czech Republic.
Content Partner Analysis
Project for a multinational ISP entering the Hungarian market
resulting in a report listing potential content partners, portal evaluations,
media agents and online advertisers.
Competitive Analysis
Evaluation of e-tailers within a specific market segment in US,
UK, Germany and Scandinavia. The report contained a shortlist of the
main players including business summaries and overall rankings.
Fostering
Sales Strategy Implementation
Working with our clients' management team, we developed B2B media
sales packages. The project included material creation, presentation
to suppliers, response evaluation and concept fine-tuning.
Partnership Negotiations
Participation in partnership negotiations as a follow-up to a market
research project.
Project Management - New Strategies
Conducted the overall project management related to the execution
